Instrumentation

Fulcrum, Insertion, Adaptation! My fulcrum continues to improve with helpful instruction. I need to place my fulcrum firmly first, which I did much better on today. Now I need to work on keeping my fulcrum and other fingers touching for maximum stability. Once my fulcrum is completely ready to go, I insert my instrument. In order to keep my instrument adapted to the tooth I must roll the instrument between my fingers and roll my hand as well. So, I need to work on using short strokes and moving my fulcrum often to maintain adaptation instead of spreading out over too large an area. Constantly moving!!
