Today was a very productive one. First of all we took vital signs on each other. Those blood pressure cuffs sure can be awkward! One of my peers was Stage 1 Hypertensive and if they were my patient I would have had to fax a physician consult before I could treat them. They are perfectly normal and healthy in every other way so it was quite a shock to realize I most likely wouldn't be able to treat them today. Then we reviewed health histories as well as positioning (Instructor Carter threw me a curve ball with the distal-ligual of #11)! Everyone in my pod is progressing so quickly!
