IntraOral Camera

Well we have learned a lot of new skills lately. Today I passed off my IntraOral Camera PE. The camera is such an amazing tool. We used it on each other and I cannot believe the things that are in MY mouth, which is very healthy. I saw my attrition, some staining on a filling I have, and clefts in my gums that are from improper flossing (which I learned how to do correctly and can now hopefully correct). Every dentist needs an intraoral camera. Does yours?
I practiced some more instrumenting today as well. I need to work on my modified pen grasp, it really is the foundation that all instrumentation is based upon. Most especially my thumb and index finger are placed improperly which keeps me from rolling my instrument correctly.
